Terms and Conditions

Welcome to k-sportz.in. By booking a slot, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payments

• Users must be 18 years or older to book.
• All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment through our gateway (Razorpay).
• The booking is valid only for the specific date and time slot selected.

2. Turf Rules

• Players must wear appropriate sports footwear (No metal studs).
• Maximum capacity per turf must be respected.
• K-Sportz is not responsible for any injuries sustained during the use of the facility.

3. Identification

Users may be required to show their booking confirmation (SMS/Email) and a valid ID at the venue entrance, similar to a cinema hall entry.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Jorhat, Assam.
