Cancellation & Refund Policy

At K-Sportz, we understand plans change. However, as turf slots are time-specific, the following policy applies:

1. Slot Cancellation

• More than 24 hours before slot: 90% refund or a one-time free rescheduling (subject to availability).
• Between 12-24 hours before slot: 50% refund.
• Less than 12 hours before slot: No refund or cancellation permitted.

2. No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive at the turf for your booked time slot, the booking will be treated as a "No-Show" and no refund will be provided.

3. Rain/Weather Policy

In case of extreme weather conditions where the turf is deemed unplayable by the ground management, a full refund or a free reschedule will be provided.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay and will reflect in your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Card) within 5-7 working days.

Note: Convenience fees charged at the time of booking are non-refundable.
